Creekside Village scheduled for a Board of Supervisors hearing on Tuesday, January 27, 1 p.m. in Placerville.
If you’re concerned about millions of square feet of industrial or warehouse facilities being developed on this property and thousands of daily truck trips on Latrobe Road, now is the time to let County Supervisors know that you support Creekside Village.
As the last step in the multiyear El Dorado County review process, Creekside Village now goes to the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 1 p.m. at 330 Fair Lane, Bldg. A, Placerville. If Creekside Village is not approved, the site’s current Research and Development zoning remains in place. The participation of area residents in the Board hearing likely will have a significant impact on the outcome.
